Upgrading to the latest version of Vonage Premier for Salesforce Voice

To upgrade to the latest version of Vonage for Service Cloud Voice, perform the following steps:

  1. Log in to your Salesforce org.

  2. In another browser window, go to https://newvoicemedia.my.site.com/hub/s/package-install-link-and-password on the Vonage Contact Center Community Hub. If you are prompted to log in to the Community Hub, do so.

  3. After reading the information on the page that appears, click either the Production or the Sandbox installation link for Vonage for Service Cloud Voice as appropriate for your Salesforce org. The upgrade page appears.

  4. Click Install for All Users.
    Click Upgrade.

  5. The upgrade starts. You receive an email when the upgrade is complete.

If you are upgrading from a version prior to 23.115, you must perform some additional tasks. For information about these tasks, see Upgrading from a version of Vonage Premier for Service Cloud Voice earlier than 23.115.
