How the login experience is changing

Existing login screen

When you log in to ContactPad, Vonage for Service Cloud Voice, or the admin portal, from within another application, such as Salesforce, you will see one of the following screens. The exact login screen layout depends on your login configuration and whether ContactPad, Vonage for Service Cloud Voice, or the admin portal has been embedded.

For users of Vonage Premier for Service Cloud Voice, a login screen is visible only on the first login or if the silent authentication between Salesforce and Vonage fails.

When the new login experience is live, your embedded login screen will look similar to those shown below.

For users of Vonage Premier for Service Cloud Voice, a login screen is visible only on the first login or if the silent authentication between Salesforce and Vonage fails.

  

When you click either Log in or your chosen single sign-on (SSO) provider — such as Microsoft or Salesforce — a separate login window appears.

 

Upon successful login, the separate window is closed and you are logged in.

Updated logout flow

When you log out of VCC a small popup window will open, and close immediately. This ensures you are fully logged out of VCC. You can ignore this popup.

Popups may be blocked in your browser. If you see an icon similar to this in the browser address bar, click the icon, and then click to allow popups. You only need to perform this action once.
