Posting event messages to the Chatter feed
How do I turn on or off posting event messages to the Chatter feed?
If you are using Salesforce Classic, you can automatically post to the Chatter feed within the related Salesforce record. You can automatically post in response to the following events:
- When an agent adds notes in the Log a Call area while on a call.
- When an agent schedules a callback.
You can turn this feature on or off for each type of event. To turn the feature on or office use the Post to Chatter when saving note and Post to Chatter when creating callbacks check boxes in custom settings. Select the appropriate check box to turn on the feature and clear the check box to turn off the feature.
For information about the Post to Chatter when saving note and Post to Chatter when creating callbacks check boxes, see Configuring custom settings for optional Vonage Contact Center features in Salesforce.
