Components installed with Advanced Reporting and Statistics
Installing Advanced Reporting and Statistics, creates the following components in your Salesforce org:

Apex classes | 37 | Make API calls to Vonage Contact Center servers to obtain and persist statistics. The servers are defined within the Remote Site Settings. From version 2.72 only 37 classes are required, of which 15 are test classes. |
Custom fields | 265 | Display the call and agent data within the custom objects. |
Custom objects | 8 | Store configuration details. |
List views | 8 | List views for Vonage Agent Summary, Vonage Call Summary, Participation, and Transaction records, plus 4 others. |
Page layouts | 14 | Layouts for Vonage Agent Summary, Vonage Call Summary, Participation, and Transaction records. |
Permission sets | 1 | Sets permissions for viewing stats information. |
Record types | 4 | For different interaction types: internal calls, outbound calls, inbound calls, and cases. |
Scheduled jobs | 4 | By default, four Scheduled Apex jobs with the prefix "ScheduledWatchdog" run hourly, spaced 15 minutes apart. These queue Apex jobs for active channels to collect statistics data. |
Tabs | 2 | Vonage Agent Summaries and Vonage Call Summaries tabs. Contain Vonage Agent Summary and Vonage Call Summary records. |
Table objects | 7 | Store data obtained from the API calls. |
Triggers | 2 | Invoke actions such as de-duplication on the uploading of statistics. From version 2.44 only two triggers are incorporated. |
VisualForce pages | 6 | AgentTimeTable, AgentTimeline, CallPlanStatistics, CallTimeline, ConversationAnalyzer, and StatsConfig. The ConversationAnalyzer VisualForce page is only used if the Conversation Analyzer feature is available in your account. |
