Upgrade instructions for rebranding

ContactWorld for Salesforce

  1. Install version 18.200 or higher of the ContactWorld for Salesforce package.
  2. From Salesforce Classic visit Setup > Create > Apps
  3. Click the Edit link for the 'ContactWorld for Salesforce' entry in the list.
  4. In the setting 'Choose the Image Source for the Custom App Logo' click the Insert an Image button.
  5. From the 'File Location' dropdown select 'Vonage Contact Center'
  6. Select the file 'Vonage Contact Center_ClassicAppLogo_Orange'
  7. Click the Save button
  8. Switch to Lightning Experience
  9. Click on the cog icon in the top-right of the screen and select Setup
  10. Under 'Platform Tools' select Apps > App Manager
  11. Locate the entry with the developer name 'ContactWorld_for_Salesforce_Lightning' and from the drop-down menu, select Edit
  12. Under 'Image' Click the Upload link and upload the file: NewVoiceMedia_LightningAppLogo_Orange.png
    (You will need to right-click and download this file to your computer first)
  13. For the field 'Primary Color Hex Value' enter the value #FF8053
  14. Click Save

ContactWorld Connect

  1. Install version 18.200 or higher of the ContactWorld Connect package.
  2. Switch to Lightning Experience
  3. Click on the cog icon in the top-right of the screen and select Setup
  4. Under 'Platform Tools' select Apps > App Manager
  5. Locate the entry with the developer name 'ContactWorld_Connect_Lightning' and from the drop-down menu, select Edit
  6. Under 'Image' Click the Upload link and upload the file: NewVoiceMedia_LightningAppLogo_Blue.png
    (You will need to right-click and download this file to your computer first)
  7. For the field 'Primary Color Hex Value' enter the value #4280FF
  8. Click Save
