Upgrade instructions for rebranding
ContactWorld for Salesforce
- Install version 18.200 or higher of the ContactWorld for Salesforce package.
- From Salesforce Classic visit Setup > Create > Apps
- Click the Edit link for the 'ContactWorld for Salesforce' entry in the list.
- In the setting 'Choose the Image Source for the Custom App Logo' click the Insert an Image button.
- From the 'File Location' dropdown select 'Vonage Contact Center'
- Select the file 'Vonage Contact Center_ClassicAppLogo_Orange'
- Click the Save button
- Switch to Lightning Experience
- Click on the cog icon in the top-right of the screen and select Setup
- Under 'Platform Tools' select Apps > App Manager
- Locate the entry with the developer name 'ContactWorld_for_Salesforce_Lightning' and from the drop-down menu, select Edit
- Under 'Image' Click the Upload link and upload the file: NewVoiceMedia_LightningAppLogo_Orange.png
(You will need to right-click and download this file to your computer first) - For the field 'Primary Color Hex Value' enter the value #FF8053
- Click Save
ContactWorld Connect
- Install version 18.200 or higher of the ContactWorld Connect package.
- Switch to Lightning Experience
- Click on the cog icon in the top-right of the screen and select Setup
- Under 'Platform Tools' select Apps > App Manager
- Locate the entry with the developer name 'ContactWorld_Connect_Lightning' and from the drop-down menu, select Edit
- Under 'Image' Click the Upload link and upload the file: NewVoiceMedia_LightningAppLogo_Blue.png
(You will need to right-click and download this file to your computer first) - For the field 'Primary Color Hex Value' enter the value #4280FF
- Click Save
