What is the Authentication API?

Use Vonage Contact Center’s Authentication API to return a bearer access token. You must use your bearer access token to identify yourself to all other Vonage Contact Center APIs. You must identify yourself every time you make a request.

Who is the Authentication API for?

The Authentication API is for developers, engineers, and anyone else who’s comfortable with integrating with RESTful APIs, who want to use VCC’s APIs.
