What is the Conversation Analyzer API?
Vonage Contact Center’s (VCC) Conversation Analyzer API enables you to access data about the contents of the conversations your agents had with your customers.
The API provides you with all the data you need to identify the contents of the conversations, identifying the key phrases that were mentioned according to your configuration.
Who is the Conversation Analyzer API for?
Conversation Analyzer API is for developers, engineers, and anyone else who is comfortable integrating with RESTful APIs and needs to gain insight into the conversations your agents had with your customers.
This API provides access to an entire account’s data. User-level permissions are not enforced.
