Upgrading to the latest version of Vonage Contact Center in Salesforce
To upgrade to the latest version of Vonage Contact Center in Salesforce, perform the following steps:
- Log in to your Salesforce org.
- In another browser window, go to https://nvm.force.com/hub/s/package-install-link-and-password on the Vonage Contact Center Community Hub. If you are prompted to log in to the Community Hub, do so.
- After reading the information on the page that appears, click either the Production or the Sandbox installation link for Vonage Contact Center as appropriate for your Salesforce org. The upgrade page appears.
Click Install for All Users.
Click Upgrade.Vonage Contact Center Core Components
If you have not got the latest version of Vonage Contact Center Core Components, you must upgrade this before you can continue upgrading. You will receive an error message informing you that you must do so. For information about upgrading Vonage Contact Center Core Components, see Installing or upgrading the latest version of Vonage Contact Center Core Components into Salesforce.The upgrade starts. You receive an email when the upgrade is complete.
If you are upgrading from a version prior to 23.107, you must perform some tasks before upgrading Vonage Contact Center in Salesforce. For information about these steps, see Upgrading from a version of Vonage Contact Center earlier than 23.107.
You must now configure your installation of Vonage Contact Center in Salesforce. For information about configuring Vonage Contact Center, see Configuring Vonage Contact Center in Salesforce.
