This guide describes configuring permissions required by a Vonage Contact Center user to use the Interaction Content Export API to export interaction content to external storage.

Configuring permissions

The user must have the following permissions:

Permission to export interaction content

To export interaction content, the user must have the Bulk download interaction content feature permission. For information about configuring feature permissions in User Admin, see Configuring admin and supervisor feature permissions.

Permission to use the API

The user must have permission to make requests using the Interaction Content Export API. If the user has this permission, they can (and must) select the interaction-content:read scope when they create their API credentials. The scope is then included in the bearer access token used when making an API request. The user's permission to export interaction content is also included in the bearer access token.
