Adding ContactPad to Lightning Experience apps
To add ContactPad to Lightning apps, perform the following steps:
Go to App Manager within Setup in Salesforce.
Locate the Lightning app you want to add ContactPad to, click the arrow on the right-hand side and click Edit. Edit App appears.
Click UTILITY BAR and then click Add. A new drop-down will appear.
Click Open CTI Softphone. Choose a label and icon. Set the panel to 202px by 440px and click Save.
Click Save and then click Done.
When you go to the app, ContactPad appears in the lower-left corner.
Repeat for any additional apps.
