The following editions and licenses are untested and not yet supported:

Customer Community, Partner Community, and Employee Community licenses.
Government Cloud and Government Cloud Plus editions.
Personal edition is not likely to be supported in the future support due to lack of features. (No longer sold by Salesforce.)
Contact manager edition is not likely to be supported in the future support due to lack of features. (No longer sold by Salesforce.)
Health Cloud.

The following editions are not supported because of incompatibilities or missing features:

Developer edition is not designed to be a production environment.
Salesforce IQ CRM (Starter, Growth, Unlimited) Edition lacks CTI / API support. (No longer sold by Salesforce.)
Group edition does not support dashboards, and package installation fails. (No longer sold by Salesforce.)
Force.com and Platform editions are not currently supported due to their highly customizable natures. These editions will be considered on a case by case basis.
