Users' last logins in VCC platform

The Users' last logins in VCC platform dashboard presents information about users' logins in VCC platform. Dashboards also contains information about active users who have never logged in to the VCC platform. 

At the top of the dashboard you can set global filters for this dashboard:

• Days since last login—the number of days since the users most recently logged in to VCC platform. By default, Days since last login is set to 30 days.
• Last login date—the date on which the user logged most recently logged in to VCC platform. By default, Last login date contains all login dates.  
• User—the users (identified by name) that you want to analyze data for. You can choose different rules to narrow down the group of users in the dashboard. By default, User filter contains all users.  

Users logged in within 365 days and Users logged in within last 6 months and Users logged in within last 30 days tiles 

The Users logged in within 365 days and Users logged in within last 6 months and Users logged in within last 30 days tiles display numbers of users that most recently logged in to the VCC platform at the respectful time periods.

Active users details tile

The Active users details tile displays information about all users that are configured in the VCC admin portal as active, but haven't logged in the VCC platform since number of days provided in the filters. 

• User—the name of the user as defined in the VCC admin portal during user creation.
• Username—the user's username as defined in the VCC admin portal during user creation.
• Email—the user's email address as defined in the VCC admin portal.
• License—the license assigned to the user in User Admin—one of Admin, Supervisor, Wallboard, or Agent.
• Last login time—the time when the user most recently logged in to the VCC platform in YYYY-MM-DD hh:mm:ss format. For example, 2021-07-31 19:36:45.
• Days since last login—the number of days since the user most recently logged in.

Active users that never logged in tile

The Active users never logged in tile displays information about users that have never logged in to the VCC platform and are configured in VCC admin portal as active users. This tile is not affected by the provided filters. 

• User—the name of the user as defined in the VCC admin portal during user creation.
• Username—the user's username as defined in the VCC admin portal during user creation.
• Email—the user's email address as defined in the VCC admin portal.
• License—the license assigned to the user in User Admin—one of Admin, Supervisor, Wallboard, or Agent.
