Configuring display names for Interaction history
Configuring display names for Interaction history
By default, when an interaction is routed to an agent, Unknown contact appears in Interaction History. If you want to override this — show the contact's name, account, or contract renewal date, for example — you can set a display name for the interaction.
For information about setting a display name for interactions, see Setting a display name for an inbound interaction.
