The Agent Availability API currently returns one resource type: Agent Availability.

Agent Availabilities represent the availabilities of agents with the skill or skills specified in the request. Agent Availabilities are grouped by presence categories: Ready, Away, Extended Away and Logged Out. Agent presences represent agents’ availability for work.
