What is the Interaction Content Export API?

The Vonage Contact Center Interaction Content Export API enables you to schedule an export of interaction content from Vonage Contact Center to an external storage provider.

Currently, Amazon S3 is the only supported storage provider.

Who is the Interaction Content Export API for?

Interaction Content Export API is for developers, engineers, and anyone else comfortable with integrating with RESTful APIs who needs to schedule the export of interaction content to an external storage provider. Common use cases:

  • Exporting all interaction content data to an external provider in one batch
  • Recurrently exporting interaction content data to an external provider each hour

User-level API

User-level API credentials are required to use this API. User-level credentials are linked to an active user and enforce their permissions while using the available endpoints.
