ContactWorld Auto Call Recording user permissions
This permission set has been retired and replaced by Vonage Contact Center - Auto Call Recording user.
The ContactWorld Auto Call Recording user permission set gives access to objects, fields, and Apex classes enabling agents to use prefix- and field-based call recording. The permission set gives agents read only access to the required mappings objects. A supervisor or Salesforce administrator is responsible for creating and editing the mappings.
