Accessing Interaction Plans Manager
How do I access Interaction Plans Manager?
To access Interaction Plans Manager, perform the following steps:
Log in to the VCC Admin Portal as a user with an admin license. For information about logging in to the VCC Admin Portal, see Logging in to the Vonage Contact Center Admin Portal.
Go to Manager (within Interaction Plans). Interaction Plan Manager appears.
Interaction Plans Manager contains three tabs: Destinations, Mappings, and Interaction Plans. Existing destinations, mappings, and interaction plans in your account appear on the applicable tabs.
