Active | Indicates whether the user is active—either 'Yes' or 'No'. | ||
Agent configuration | |||
Agent ID | The unique identifier for the agent. This is the ID of the agent as defined in User Admin in the VCC admin portal during agent creation. | ||
Phone number | The agent's phone number as defined in User Admin in the VCC admin portal during user creation. | ||
Physical location | The agent's physical location as defined in User Admin in the VCC admin portal during user creation. | ||
WebRTC | Indicates whether WebRTC is enabled for the agent—either 'Yes' or 'No'. | ||
Days since last login | The number of days since the user most recently logged in to the VCC platform. | ||
The user's email address as defined in User Admin in User Admin in the VCC admin portal. | |||
Group names list | List of groups that are set for agent (non-filterable). | ||

Date | The date on which the user most recently logged in to the VCC admin portal or ContactPad. In YYYY-MM-DD format. For example, 2021-07-31. | ||
Month | The month in which the user most recently logged in to the VCC admin portal or ContactPad. In YYYY-MM format. For example, 2021-07. | ||
Quarter | The quarter when the user most recently logged in to the VCC admin portal or ContactPad. In YYYY-Qx format. For example, 2021-Q2. | ||
Time | The time when the user most recently logged in to the VCC admin portal or ContactPad. In YYYY-MM-DD hh:mm:ss format. For example, 2021-07-31 19:36:45. | ||
Week | The Monday of the week in which the user most recently logged in to the VCC admin portal or ContactPad. In YYYY-MM-DD format. For example, 2021-07-26. | ||
License | The license assigned to the user in User Admin in the VCC admin portal—one of Admin, Supervisor, Wallboard, or Agent. | ||
Locked | Indicates whether the agent's account is locked due to too many incorrect login attempts—either 'Yes' or 'No'. | ||
Name | The name of the user as defined in User Admin in the VCC admin portal during user creation. | ||
Skill names list | List of skills that are set for agent (non-filterable). | ||
User ID | The unique identifier for the user. | ||
Username | The user's username as defined in User Admin in the VCC admin portal during user creation. | ||

Count | The number of items included in selected dimensions. | ||
Days since last login | |||
Average | The average number of days since selected users most recently logged in to the VCC admin portal or ContactPad. | ||
Maximum | The greatest number of days since any of the selected users most recently logged in to the VCC admin portal or ContactPad. | ||
Minimum | The lowest number of days since any of the selected users most recently logged in to the VCC admin portal or ContactPad. | ||
Total | The total number of days since selected users most recently logged in to the VCC admin portal or ContactPad. |
