Command Runner Settings

Data ProviderList of available data providers

Defines the external system where this applet runs a command. The data provider, or client, you select determines the options that appear in the applet.

Select the data provider that will use this applet.

CommandList of available commands

Defines the command that the applet runs on the external system.

Select the command that the applet runs.

Various

Based on the Data Provider and Command you select, various fields appear. IVR Slot and Data Source fields define the location of information that the command requires.

Select the appropriate IVR Slot or Data Source.

Next Applet on SuccessList of available appletsThe applet that the call is routed to if the command is successful.
Next Applet on FailureList of available appletsThe applet that the call is routed to if the command fails.
Next Applet on No ResponseList of available appletsThe applet that the call is routed to if the external system does not respond to the command.
