Summary

Incremental improvement in supporting "Single List with Multiple User" dial lists with large numbers of assigned users (enhancement)

Agent changes

This release improves the performance of Connect when up to 150 agents are assigned to work from the same dial list created using the Single List with Multiple Users option.

There are no changes to the way Connect works however agents will experience faster response times when clicking Next.

This builds on improvements made in Connect 22.134 and reduces the likelihood that agents will encounter errors when Connect queues a background refresh of the dial list.
