Agent changes
Access to the following Apex Classes has been added to the Connect Agent permission set:
- ReferenceHandler
Salesforce administrator changes
If you have cloned or copied permissions from the Connect Agent permission set to custom a profile or permission set then you should update them to ensure your agents are given access to the Apex Classes listed in Agent changes.
Processed Dial Entries (Enhancement)

Connect 18.246 introduced the concept of automatically skipping records which had no phone numbers to dial or were inaccessible to an agent.
We have adjusted the way the processed dial entries are created in this situation so that skipped processed entries have the same meaning they always did (an agent skipped an entry by clicking next).
Now, when Connect automatically creates processed entries it does not enable the Skipped (VCCConnect__Skipped__c) checkbox, instead a new Outcome (VCCConnect__Outcome__c) field is set to indicate why the dial entry was skipped.
