Accessing Agent Workspace

To access Agent Workspace, perform the following steps:

  1. Log in to the VCC Admin Portal. For information about logging in to the VCC Admin Portal, see Logging in to the Vonage Contact Center Admin Portal.
    • If you are the supervisor of multiple accounts, select the account that you want to access one of the Insights products for, and click Select.
    Vonage Contact Center appears.
  2. From the Vonage Contact Center homepage, click the grid icon  in the top banner to open the app launcher, and then click Agent Workspace. Agent Workspace appears.

You can also go directly to Agent Workspace using the following URL: https://nam.cc.vonage.com/CallCentre/portal/agentworkspace.

Multiple tabs or browsers

You shouldn't have Agent Workspace open in more than one tab or more than one browser at any time. Doing so may result in unpredictable behavior.
