Configuring your user profile in Agent Workspace
If enabled for your account, you can access your user profile through the User profile tab from the navigation bar. Currently, you can configure message settings and voicemail greetings.

Accessing your user profile
Click the user profile icon
in the navigation bar to open User profile.The areas you can configure settings for appear in the left panel. Messages is selected when you open your user profile.
