Subscribing to refresh a Dial List based on a report
Supervisor changes
After subscribing to a report that refreshes a Dial List, errors may occur when the report triggers Connect to update the list. The errors are saved to a NVMContactWorld.Log__c record. Our support team can retrieve that record to help with troubleshooting. The process that saves these records also deletes records of the same type that are more than one month old.
You must ensure that users who configure subscriptions to reports have the permission to create and delete these records. These users must have the ContactWorld Agent or ContactWorld Supervisor permission set. The permission sets include the modifyAllRecords permission on the NVMContactWorld.Log__c object.
