Navigating Agent Workspace using your keyboard

In Agent Workspace, you can navigate the user interface using your keyboard, in combination with your mouse or other input methods.
- Select the arrow, Home, End, Page up, and Page down keys to scroll content where scrollbars are available.
- Select the Tab or Shift+Tab keys to move to next or previous elements. The chosen element is outlined when in focus.
- Select the Enter key to select the highlighted element or enter text.
