Winter '17 Release Features - Actions
Some of the features in the Winter '17 Release will be available for you to configure after your regional release date - this may include downloading the latest managed package. However, others may require Professional Services.
Features are dependant on the ContactWorld package you have access to. Information about which features appear in which packages can be found in the Release Notes.

- Time-zone Support for Dial Lists
- Cross List Prioritization
- Single Sign-on for ContactWorld
- Personalized Number Presentation

- Dynamic Audio Announcements for UCD
- Equal Call Distribution
- Auto Call Recording Management
- Salesforce Lightning Support
- Agent Selection of Personalized Number
- Dynamic Overflow Routing
- Self-service Payment - (Requires separate purchase and potentially Development input)
- Insights API - (Currently only available in APAC and US)
