Accessing Schedules
To access Schedules, perform the following steps:
- Log in to the VCC Admin Portal. For information about logging in to the VCC Admin Portal, see Logging in to the Vonage Contact Center Admin Portal.
- If you are the supervisor of multiple accounts, select the account that you want to access one of the Insights products for, and click Select.
- From the Vonage Contact Center homepage, go to Schedules (within Administration). Your chosen product appears.
Navigating Schedules
When you have accessed Schedules, if your account has no schedules available, an empty page appears. If enabled for your account, a single button to create a schedule is available.
If you have schedules available in your account those schedules appear in a table.
Managing schedules
From the list of schedules, depending on your permissions, you can perform some or all the following tasks:
Open an existing schedule
To open a schedule, click anywhere in the schedule's row. The schedule opens.
Create a new schedule
If enabled for your account, you can create a new schedule. For information about creating schedules, see Creating or editing a schedule.
Search schedules
You can search for specific schedule by name. To search for a specific schedule, start typing part of the required schedule's name in the Search by schedule name field. The list of dashboards is filtered as you type.
Copy a schedule
If enabled for your account, you can copy an existing schedule. For information about copying schedules, see Copying a schedule.
Delete a schedule
If enabled for your account, you can delete a schedule. For information about copying schedules, see Deleting a schedule.
