Logging out of ContactPad
How do I log out of ContactPad?
To log out of ContactPad, click Log Out on the home panel of ContactPad.
You must always log out of ContactPad at the end of your shift, otherwise Vonage Contact Center can still route calls to you. Closing your web browser, or logging out of an integrated product does not log you out of ContactPad — you must always explicitly log out of ContactPad.
If you intend to log in on another device — for example, if you log into different devices in the office and when working at home — you should log out of your current device first, otherwise, VCC will route calls to both.
