Analytics Beta/Early Access Program
Overview
The Analytics Beta/Early Access Program provides select customers with early access to new Historical Analytics features before they reach General Availability (GA).
Limited availability
Beta features are available to a limited number of customers during the testing and refinement phase. Access is granted on a case-by-case basis through your Vonage Account Manager.
Participating in beta programs allows you to:
Access new capabilities early.
Influence product development.
Prepare for GA release.
Gain a competitive advantage.
Enrollment process
Contact your Vonage Account Manager to express interest in a specific beta feature.
Your Account Manager evaluates eligibility based on:
Account configuration and compatibility.
Use case alignment with beta objectives.
Capacity constraints for the beta program.
If approved, Vonage enables the feature toggle on your account
You receive access to beta documentation and can begin using the feature
Beta participation expectations
As a beta participant, you are expected to:
Use the feature in your production or test environment.
Provide feedback on usability, data accuracy, and feature gaps.
Report issues through standard support channels.
Participate in surveys or feedback sessions (if offered).
Understand limitations. Beta features may have incomplete functionality, data processing delays, or known issues.
