Taking payments in ContactPad
How do I handle payments in ContactPad?
You can take payments in ContactPad, during an inbound or an outbound call. There are two ways to take payments through ContactPad:
- Using a payment button—if enabled for your account, a Payment button appears in ContactPad. Use this button to initiate a secure payment session. For information about taking payments using the payment button, see Taking payments in ContactPad using the payment button.
- Using the Vonage Payment API—if enabled for your account, you can use the Vonage API to implement your own payment solution. For information about the Payment API, see Vonage Payment API.
