Dial In Config applet
The Dial In Config applet contains multiple configurations, or interaction plans. You can provide up to 10 different configurations. The configurations simply specify the applet that the call is routed to next. You must select the active configuration. You can then use the applet to divert calls to a different configuration. For information about using the Dial In Config applet, see Changing the active interaction plan remotely.
Use the Dial In Config applet as one of the first applets in your interaction plan—you do not want to route a call through many other applets before you divert the call to an announcement that informs them that no agents are available to answer their call.
