IVR Send Questionnaire applet
The IVR Send Questionnaire sends information collected by the IVR collect applets from a post-call survey to a specified email address. For information about the IVR collect applets, see IVR Collect Audio applet, IVR Collect Digit applet, and IVR Collect Digit String applet. Name | Description |

DialledNbr | The ID of the interaction plan, usually the DDI number called |
CLID | The calling party's ID |
Guid | The unique identifier for this interaction |
Agent ID | The ID of the last agent to be active on the call |
IVR data | A list of IVR slot friendly names, with the value collected for each one during the call |
Email settings
Field | Options | Description |

To addresses | Text | The email address(es) to send the collected IVR information to. Separate multiple addresses with a comma or semicolon. |
Combine audio files | Select, clear | Determines whether to combine the collected audio or not. Select Combine audio files to put all collected audio into one audio file. |
From address | Not applicable | The from address is auto-generated, and is the address the email is sent from. All emails from VCC come from the same email address: noreply@cc.vonage.com. Users should add this email address to their list of safe senders. |
Subject | Not applicable | The subject is auto-generated and is in the form 'Data Collected, [Applet Name] on [Line Number]'. |
